🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns must be made within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• Please take a photo of the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

• A full refund will be issued if the product you received is completely different from the product description on our website.

• A 30% deduction or a minimum fee of 25 MAD will apply if the customer wishes to return the product without any defect or issue.
