When will my order arrive?

It depends on the shipping company selected and the delivery person responsible. We provide a group of shipping representatives in major cities, and delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days from the time the order is placed and confirmed.

Do you deliver outside the country?

Currently, the contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to a number of cities listed on the shipping page. All available cities for delivery by our shipping representatives are displayed there.

You can request international delivery through the store team via WhatsApp to provide product weight and get pricing for international shipping agents that are not currently registered in the store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?

You should refer to the Return Policy to understand the terms for returns and exchanges. In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the product can be returned. Shipping costs will be charged to the company, and return shipping costs to the customer will apply. The product price will not be charged to the customer according to the return policy.
